As a company that upholds this legacy, NEC Space Technologies is responsible for the development and manufacture of space-qualified equipment for satellites and launch vehicles.

Our products have been adopted not only within Japan’s space industry but also by satellite manufacturers overseas, and have accumulated flight heritage on more than 400 satellites worldwide. In addition, we have supplied numerous electronic equipment for Japan’s launch vehicles. Our ability to develop, design, and manufacture high-quality, highly reliable products for the unforgiving environment of space—where failure is not an option—is one of our core strengths.

Today, the space industry is undergoing a period of significant transformation. The utilization of space is drawing increasing attention as a field that enhances the convenience and comfort of daily life, as well as a critical domain for ensuring safety and security.
